We’ve got one more reason to love the classy and magnificent Rolls-Royce cars. The carmakers has come up with a new model called Rolls-Royce SRH and it is so adorable in its proportions, and purpose, that it improves the image to the whole brand.
The Rolls-Royce SRH (St Richard’s Hospital) is a special creation for special customers, namely children awaiting surgery at the hospital’s pediatric unit. The new Roller enables the children to “drive themselves to the operating theatre, through the Pediatric Unit corridors which are lined with ‘traffic signs’.” The goal of the experience: to reduce child patient stress.
To accomplish that the Goodwood company has made every effort to make sure Rolls-Royce SRH is one the par with the real production model, at least in terms of luxury. Powertrain-wise, the vehicle has a small electric motor that gives it a top speed of 10 mph, downgrdable to 4, presumably for a smooth post-surgery cruise. Among the highlights there is a two-tone paint-scheme of Andalusian White and Salamanca Blue and finished with a hand-applied St James Red coachline, two-tone steering wheel, seats and self-righting wheel centres perfectly colour-matched to the St James Red coachline.
